Last night, I went to Linger.  (aka the new Root Down.)

It’s officially my new favorite restaurant in Denver!  From the fresh and interesting menu to the amazing drinks to the breathtaking view of Denver…  I’m in love.  Resting two stories above the standard Highlands scene, the view is unmatched.  I wish I could have captured it, but instead I came home with a picture of the water pitcher.  (I mean, c’mon…  even THAT’S cool.)  

It’s not often that a Denver locale transports me to another city altogether.  Linger, however, takes the Denver food scene to another level - a la Seattle.  Le sigh.
